We are in need of 1 or 2 parents from each team to act as their teams Booster liaison. Their roll will be to contact the other parents on their team to schedule who and when each parent will be working in the bishop building. They will then need to contact me with this information so I can input it into the Booster schedule.  I will need a list of all the parent’s names, phone numbers, and emails that will be volunteering. 

  Also any parent that can act as the Bishop Building supervisor would be appreciated.  This person would be in charge of setting up the cooking equipment prior to the event start times.  This would be a great help to the current Boosters since none of us have a job that would allow us to be there by 3:30-4:00.

 

Remember without volunteers we have no Boosters
